Terms of service

Draft, pending legal review. These terms have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. They will be before anyone outside the owner's own businesses signs them, and the reviewed version replaces this one.
These terms apply when you use Reperor, run by Lovro Lucic ("Reperor", "we"). By using it you agree to them.
What Reperor does
Reperor helps you plan, write, make, publish and measure short videos and ads, from your own words and footage and, when you choose, with generated scenes, voices or presenters. Nothing is published to an account you connect until you approve it.
Who is responsible for what
Reperor supplies structure: the steps, the drafts, the checks and the warnings. You author and publish. Everything that goes out on your accounts goes out because you approved it, and you are responsible for it, including:
- Claims: that what a post or ad says about your product, prices and results is true and can be backed up.
- Likeness: that you have the right to use every face, voice and name that appears, real or generated.
- Consent: that anyone who appears, speaks, or whose voice or likeness is recreated has given it, in writing where the law or the platform requires.
- Disclosure: that paid partnerships, generated people and voices, and anything else the law or a platform requires you to disclose is disclosed.
- Ad policy: that your ads meet the rules of the platform they run on and the advertising and consumer-protection law that applies to you.
Reperor's checks help you meet these duties. They do not take them over, and a check that passes is not legal advice.
Checks that are on by default
Some checks are on unless you switch them off:
- Platform AI labels: when a piece has a generated person or voice, the posting checklist names each platform's AI label (for example YouTube, TikTok and Instagram) and asks you to set it. Reperor sets no label itself: the label is yours to set when the piece goes up (Meta labels some AI-made ads on its own).
- Special-category checks: a post or ad that touches a category platforms restrict (for example credit, employment, housing, social issues, elections or health) is flagged before it is made.
You can switch either off. When you do, Reperor asks you to acknowledge it and records the acknowledgement: who, when, and what was switched off. The same applies when you go ahead past a warning, for example a generated person shown as a customer, a before and after, or an earnings claim. A number that traces to nothing you said or gave is refused, and cannot be switched off.
Your account and your connections
You must be 18 or older and have the right to use the accounts you connect. You can disconnect any account at any time.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you upload and to what Reperor makes for you. You give Reperor permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions for what you upload, including the consent of anyone who appears or speaks in it.
What you may not do
- Make claims your product does not deliver, or present a generated person as a real customer describing results they did not have, where the law or the platform forbids it.
- Clone a voice or make a likeness of anyone without their written consent.
- Break the rules of the platforms you publish to, or any law, including advertising and consumer-protection law.
- Use Reperor to harass anyone, to deceive, or to publish unlawful content.
Reperor's checks and labels do not move this responsibility: you remain responsible for what you publish.
Generated content
Pictures, video, voices and text made with AI may contain mistakes. Review everything before you approve it. Generated files are marked as made with AI in their own data (a content credential where the tools for it are installed, otherwise a record beside the file), and the posting checklist asks you to set each platform's AI label for a generated person or voice. Setting the label, and any disclosure the law requires, is yours to do.
Third-party services
Reperor works through platforms and AI providers whose own terms also apply to you when you use them through Reperor, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service and Meta's terms for Instagram and Facebook. Reperor is not responsible for their availability or decisions.
Fees
If a paid plan applies to you, its price and billing are agreed with you in writing before you are charged.
Liability
Reperor is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or the results of content you approved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using Reperor at any time and have your data deleted (how). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.
Law
These terms are governed by Croatian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live.
